XAUt0 on TON

XAUt0, the TON form of Tether Gold, a token whose unit is one troy ounce of physical gold held in Swiss vaults as Tether's reserve. Each XAUt0 exists only because one XAUt is locked on the chain it came from, so the two stay one for one and burning the XAUt0 releases the original. The TON version is run by Everdawn Labs rather than by Tether, on LayerZero's cross-chain token standard, and went live in June 2025.
