USA Rare Earth

USA Rare Earth (USAR), an American company building a rare earth supply chain outside China, mine to magnet. It has the mining rights to Round Top in Sierra Blanca, Texas, rich in the heavy rare earths dysprosium and terbium, makes metal in England at Less Common Metals, and has started magnet production in Stillwater, Oklahoma. It reached Nasdaq in March 2025 by merging with a listed shell company. USAR on Robinhood Chain is a Robinhood Stock Token, a tokenised debt security issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited and backed by USA Rare Earth shares held in custody at Alpaca Securities.
