Strategy Inc.

Strategy (MSTR), the company formerly called MicroStrategy and the largest corporate holder of bitcoin, raising money by issuing shares, convertible notes and preferred stock and spending it on bitcoin. Its original business is enterprise analytics software, which still brings in licence and subscription revenue. Co-founder Michael Saylor made buying bitcoin the company's treasury policy in August 2020. MSTR on Robinhood Chain is a Robinhood Stock Token, a tokenised debt security issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited and backed by Strategy shares held in custody at Alpaca Securities.
