ServiceNow (NOW), whose software runs the internal workflows of large organisations: the ticket raised with an IT helpdesk, the onboarding of a new employee, a security alert being worked through. Customers pay a subscription rather than buying a licence. Fred Luddy founded it in 2003 as Glidesoft to redo IT service management, and it went public in 2012. NOW on Robinhood Chain is a Robinhood Stock Token, a tokenised debt security issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited and backed by ServiceNow shares held in custody at Alpaca Securities.
