PepsiCo (PEP), the owner of Frito-Lay (Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos) and of Quaker, whose snacks earn more profit than its soft drinks do. It makes its money from those snacks and from beverages it mostly bottles and distributes itself, having bought its two biggest North American bottlers in 2010.
