Nebius Group

Nebius (NBIS), an Amsterdam company that rents out AI computing capacity, building large GPU clusters and a cloud platform on top of them and charging developers for the time they use. It also owns Avride, a self-driving vehicle unit, and TripleTen, an online school. Nebius is what remained of Yandex N.V. after it sold its Russian business in 2024, renamed itself and returned to Nasdaq that October. NBIS on Robinhood Chain is a Robinhood Stock Token, a tokenised debt security issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited and backed by Nebius shares held in custody at Alpaca Securities.
