Navitas Semiconductor

Navitas Semiconductor (NVTS), a fabless designer of power chips built on gallium nitride and silicon carbide rather than plain silicon, sold into AI data centre power supplies, grid equipment and industrial electrification. Outside foundries do the manufacturing. Founded in 2014, it went public in 2021 and bought GeneSiC the year after. NVTS on Robinhood Chain is a Robinhood Stock Token, a tokenised debt security issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited and backed by Navitas Semiconductor shares held in custody at Alpaca Securities.
