Linde (LIN), the largest industrial gas company in the world, supplying oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen and helium to steelmakers, refineries, chip fabs and hospitals. Much of the revenue comes from plants Linde builds and runs on the customer's own site under contracts that run for a decade or more, with the rest delivered in bulk tankers and cylinders. It took its present form in the 2018 merger of Germany's Linde AG with the American Praxair.
