FUTU, Futu Holdings, an online broker running the Futubull app in Hong Kong and moomoo in its other markets, earning commissions on the trades its clients place, interest on the money it lends them to trade on margin, and interest on the cash balances it holds at banks. Leaf Hua Li, Tencent's 18th employee and the founder of Tencent Video, set up its Hong Kong brokerage in 2012, and Tencent has been a shareholder since 2014.
