DOGS, a TON memecoin built around Spotty, a dog Pavel Durov drew himself and auctioned for charity long before Telegram had anything to do with tokens. It launched in August 2024 with an airdrop into Telegram accounts and the stated aim was to give ordinary Telegram users their first on-chain balance. Tokenized stickers and in-app quests followed. There is no company and no product behind it, only the drawing.
